October 17 - A new map has been submitted by Xineohp based on real-world geography but with very different political borders. February 21 - Shambles has created a new map! [42]YeOldeWorld is now online and available to play at all difficulty levels. The other small change is fully anonymous games are back. 40% of the games that use an anonymous sign-up now spawn games with hidden player identities.
February 10 - Planetary Conquest has been reviewed by Softpedia! They list us as a Mac game but we work on all platforms that support the Java Runtime Environment. Click on the link and post some user reviews or ratings to help get us noticed even more.

January 7 - A very slight tweak to the game code was put online tonight to attempt to address a problem with the game communication when going through HTTP proxy servers. Most players won't notice a difference, but anyone connecting from behind a very busy corporate network may notice that the game doesn't kick them out mid-turn any longer.
January 1 - Happy New Year! Last year brought in more new players, and one of them, koncal, is the latest Seasonal Ladder champion! With a score of 416 he was 1 point ahead of EVIL GOAT. Congratulations on the win!
